- 20 pieces black olives
- 2 pieces dried tomatoes (salted)
- (A) 1/3 oz. bonito flakes
- (A) 2 tbsp olive oil
- (A) a pinch of grated garlic
- (A) 1 tsp soy sauce
- Soak dried tomatoes in boiling water for 5 min.
- Drain excess water and finely chop the tomatoes.
- Finely chop olives as well.
- Place ② & ③ in a bowl, toss with ingredients (A) and serve onto a plate.
