Bonito Tapenade

Ingredients:

  • 20 pieces black olives
  • 2 pieces dried tomatoes (salted)
  • (A) 1/3 oz. bonito flakes
  • (A) 2 tbsp olive oil
  • (A) a pinch of grated garlic
  • (A) 1 tsp soy sauce

Directions: 

  1. Soak dried tomatoes in boiling water for 5 min.
  2. Drain excess water and finely chop the tomatoes. 
  3. Finely chop olives as well.
  4. Place ② & ③ in a bowl, toss with ingredients (A) and serve onto a plate.
