  • 1 cup steamed rice
  • (A) 3 tbsp tempura bits
  • (A) 1 tsp dried green seaweed
  • (A) 2 tsp Yamaki Mentsuyu
  • (A) Yamaki Bonito Flakes, as needed
  • Seaweed, Japanese basil, as needed


    1. Add (A) to warm steamed rice and mix thoroughly. Form the rice into triangle. If you like, wrap Onigiri with seaweed or Japanese basil.
