1 cup steamed cooked white rice (A) 3 tbsp Tempura bits (A) 1 tsp Dried green seaweed, Aonori (A) 2 tsp Yamaki Mentsuyu (A) Yamaki Bonito Flakes, as needed Seaweed or Ohba leaves, as needed |
Directions: |
1. Add (A) to warm cooked rice and mix thoroughly. 2. Form the rice into triangle. If you like, wrap Onigiri with seaweed or Ohba leaves. |
