- 1 cup steamed rice
- (A) 3 tbsp tempura bits
- (A) 1 tsp dried green seaweed
- (A) 2 tsp Yamaki Mentsuyu
- (A) Yamaki Bonito Flakes, as needed
- Seaweed, Japanese basil, as needed
- Add (A) to warm steamed rice and mix thoroughly. Form the rice into triangle. If you like, wrap Onigiri with seaweed or Japanese basil.
