1 bunch Udon, boiled (A) 0.9 fl oz Yamaki Kappo Shirodashi (A) 9 fl oz Water (A) 2 tsp Mirin (A) ½~1 tsp Light soy sauce 2 pieces Thinly sliced kamaboko (fish cake) Yamaki Bonito Flakes, for topping Green onion, chopped, for topping |
Directions: |
1. Combine (A) ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Keep boiling for 30 seconds, then add boiled udon and continue heating for another 30 seconds. 2. Put in a bowl, garnish with kamaboko, Yamaki Bonito Flakes and chopped green onion. |
