  • 10 oz. carrots
  • 5 oz. Japanese cucumber
  • (A) 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • (A) 1 tbsp bonito flakes
  • (A) X-O sauce


  1. Cut carrots and Japanese cucumbers into sticks.
  2. Whisk all ingredients (A) together in a bowl and mix until smooth. Serve with the cut vegetables.
