| 150g (1 rice cup) Rice 200ml Water 1 Tbsp Yamaki Shirodashi 5-8g Yamaki Bonito Flakes 50g shelled edamame (either fresh or frozen) 50g cubed cheese (mild, semi-hard) |

1. Rinse the rice, then place it in a rice cooker with water. Add Yamaki Shirodashi and shelled edamame, and start cooking. 2. Once cooked, add Yamaki bonito flakes and cubed cheese, then gently mix. 3. Shape the rice into triangles to make onigiri.
