1. Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces and toss with the shio kombu. Let sit until the kombu softens and flavors the salmon. 2. Pit and cut the avocado into bite-size pieces. Combine with (A), then gently mix with the salmon. 3. Serve over bowls of rice, drizzle with mayonnaise, and garnish with lemon wedges. Tip: This is also delicious served over sushi rice. |
