1. Roughly chop the green onion. Slice the imitation crab sticks into 5 mm pieces. 2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp sesame oil. Pour in the beaten egg and cook until softly set, then remove from the pan. 3. In the same pan, heat another 1 tsp sesame oil over medium heat. Add the green onion and imitation crab and sauté until coated with oil. 4. Add the rice and stir-fry, breaking it up. Add Yamaki bonito flakes, the cooked egg, and (A), and stir-fry until well combined. 5. Drizzle the soy sauce along the edge of the pan and continue stir-frying over medium heat until evenly seasoned. |
