| 300g Chicken breast 1 Tbsp Cooking sake 2 Tbsp Potato starch 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp Yamaki Mentsuyu ½ us cup Yamaki Bonito Flakes 1 Tbsp Canola Oil Salt and Pepper, to taste |

1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Place in a bowl with cooking sake, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 5 min. 2. Drain any excess liquid, coat the chicken with potato starch. 3. Heat a frying pan with canola oil, add the chicken, and cook until golden and fully cooked through. 4. Lower the heat, add Yamaki Tsuyu & mayo. Stir to coat evenly. 5. Turn off the heat and sprinkle generously with Yamaki bonito flakes. Serve and enjoy! |
