Bonito Okonomiyaki Toast

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Japanese okonomiyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp Japanese style mayonnaise
  • pinch green seaweed
  • 2 tbsp bonito flakes


  1. Spread butter on bread, sprinkle bonito flakes, top with sauce and mayonnaise.
  2. Toast ① in a toaster oven until crispy, finish with a sprinkle of green seaweed and extra bonito flakes on top.
