| 2 slices of Bread 1 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Okonomiyaki sauce 1 tbsp Japanese style mayonnaise pinch Dried green seaweed, Aonori 4 tbsp Yamaki Bonito Flakes |

1. Spread butter on bread, sprinkle half of Yamaki Bonito Flakes, top with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise. 2. Toast 1 in a toaster oven until crispy, finish with a sprinkle of dried green seaweed and remaining Yamaki Bonito Flakes on top. |
