  • 7 oz. steamed cooked white rice
  • handful radish sprouts
  • 2 ohba leaves
  • 3 tbsp bonito flakes
  • 1 tbsp Yamaki Mentsuyu noodle soup base
  • Optional: white sesame
  • Optional: shichimi togarashi


  1. Serve white rice in a bowl, top with radish sprouts and chopped ohba leaves.
  2. Garnish with bonito flakes and sprinkle Yamaki Mentsuyu noodle soup base.
  3. Add on ground white sesame seeds, shichimi togaragashi as desired.
