Ingredients: | 4 cups water |
1 oz Dried Anchovy, cleaned |
Instructions: |
1. Remove head and guts from anchovy. If anchovy is large, split it in half lengthwise. |
2. Sink anchovy in water and leave for about 30 minutes. |
3. Put the ingredients in a pot and heat over low heat. When the scum appears, carefully skim it off and bring to simmer for 6 to 7 minutes. |
4. Gently strain through a colander lined with kitchen paper or cloth. Finished! |
